GDX Overview

Green Data Exchange (GDX), by Q Point Technology, is an online compliance information hub, streamlining access to compliance and component information. Using GDX, suppliers can perform material declaration online and easily share compliance information with customers. Consumers of compliance information, including product manufacturers (OEMs) and EMS providers, can access compliance data in a single central location, facilitate interaction with suppliers, and publish data to their internal enterprise systems.

You can create individual parts and family series parts. GDX supports any commodity type, including custom parts and assemblies. Substance disclosure can be performed online, with access to a complete substance master dictionary, easy type-ahead substance lookup, and support for proprietary materials that you want to keep confidential. Supporting documents can be shared across parts, including part families and package types.

GDX simplifies updating and maintaining your information too. Easily add any part, or update an SDoc to conform to the latest regulations.
